Traditional Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Traditional Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe – This is a traditional recipe for baking chocolate chip cookies. It is relatively simple and easy to prepare.
* 1 cup butter
* 3/4 cup of brown sugar
* 1/4 cup white sugar
* 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
* 2 eggs
* 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
* 1 tsp of baking soda
* 2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips
For this simple chocolate chip cookie recipe, first of all, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two lightly oiled cookie sheets. Sift the flour, baking soda into a small bowl and put them one side.
Now, get ready another mixing bowl and add the butter, brown sugar and beat them together until they are creamy. You can either beat the mixture manually, or you can use a hand mixture. Now, beat in the vanilla extract. Add in one egg at a time while continue beating the mixture. Beat the butter mixture until it is light, soft and creamy. Now, you can use the flour mixture which you have previously sifted. Add in the flour mixture in tiny bits while beating them into the butter mixture simultaneously. After adding in the flour, you should beat them until they form the texture of a cookie dough. Next, pour in all the chocolate chips and mix them evenly into the dough with a wooden spatula.
Drop the cookie dough onto the two cookie sheets two inches apart from each other using the wooden spatula. Press on the cookie dough to form the cookie shape. Bake the first batch of cookies on one cookie sheet for 10 minutes until they sport a golden brown texture, with its sides toasted. Remove the cookies and let them cool for two minutes on the cookie sheet. Transfer them to the wire rack to cool completely. You can start baking the second batch of cookies on the second cookie sheet while waiting for the cookies to cool.
This tip is so simple; you can implement it immediately and start seeing results you want! But it doesn’t stop there. You can actually take this a step further and increase your understanding using another simple technique. The problem is, I don’t have the space here to share it. It is, however, on my website.
